Kamado masterclass - This class has a 100% focus on cooking with a Kamado Joe, going into detail of how to get the best out of this incredible all round ceramic barbecue. Kadai Firebowl masterclass - This class has a 100% focus on open fire cooking on a Kadai. This is a great opportunity to learn how to get the most out of your firebowl, and to try out all of the latest accessories and releases.

wood Fired Oven
In this class we teach all of the skills required to master cooking with a wood oven. Starting with how to light and manage the fires, throughout the day we cook a variety of dishes that require the oven to be at different temperatures, utilising the oven’s heat energy and fuel from start to finish. There’s so much more to explore beyond pizza…

All About Beef - What it says on the tin, this class is all about beef! We will look at a variety of cuts of beef including steaks, roasting joints and the best low and slow cute. Learn about their differences, and how to cook them. There will also be a focus on burgers, of course.
